Spruce Point is a licensed Memory Care Community offering a unique combination of private apartment living, personalized support services as needed and cost-effective care.

Our state-of-the-art Alzheimer's care unit is a 25-room addition providing services for residents suffering from Alzheimer's disease or similar dementia or mental impairments.

Memory Care Personal Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of residents who require assistance with the activities of daily living.

Monthly rent includes the following services and amenities:

• Three nutritious chef-prepared meals served daily
• Weekly housekeeping, including linen change
• Full calendar of activities and social opportunities
• 24-hour staff and a full-time licensed RN available
• Emergency call system
• All utilities (except phone), including basic cable TV
• Use of the common living spaces and activity room
• On campus beauty/barber shop with per-use fee
