At Spruce Point, we offer a higher level of care services than retirement living, yet our residents enjoy the privacy of their own apartment and the independence to choose their daily routine. Your monthly rent includes:

  • Three delicious, nutritious meals in our community dining room,
  • weekly housekeeping
  • use of complimentary laundry rooms
  • a full calendar of activities
  • scheduled transportation
  • use of the resident lounge, beauty/barber shop and living room
  • 24-hour emergency call system in each apartment
  • on-site banking services via Oregon Pacific Banking Company
  • all utilities (except phone), including basic cable television service

In addition to the basic services included in your monthly rent, Spruce Point offers help with the following:

  • Medication Reminders and Supervision
  • Bathing and Personal Grooming Assistance
  • Dressing and Personal Appearance Assistance
  • Escorts to Meals and Activities
  • Incontinence Management
  • Daily Health and Well-being Checks
  • Personal Laundry
  • Daily Housekeeping

Now open - a new state-of-the-art Alzheimer's care unit. This 25-room addition provides services for residents suffering from Alzheimer's disease or similar dementia or mental impairments.

We also offer Respite Care and Guest Services.

Respite Care
(Subject to Availability and Eligibility)

For family members who care for an older relative, it is reassuring to know that Spruce Point offers a safe community where loved ones can go when the care giver must be away for a short period of time or just needs a break. Spruce Point Respite Care is designed for short-term stays while recuperating from an illness or hospitalization, or when choosing not to be alone while family members are out of town. Please contact us for daily rates.

Respite Residents enjoy the same services as permanent residents and occasionally have such a positive experience during their transition that they become permanent residents. Please contact us for more information. Spruce Point reserves the right to determine eligibility for Respite Care and Assisted Living.

 
Guest Services

Our Guest Services program offers an opportunity for potential residents to get a feeling of what Spruce Point has to offer before deciding to become a permanent resident. Subject to availability, and for a per-night fee, potential residents can sample our services. These services include:

• Tastefully furnished apartments with private entrance, private bath and Kitchenette
• Complimentary breakfast between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM in the private dining room
• Additional meals can be purchased at a nominal cost.
• Free laundry facilities
• Quiet, convenient location
• Coffee, tea available 24-hours a day
