Your monthly rent includes: Three delicious meals in our community dining room, weekly housekeeping service, use of complimentary laundry rooms, a full calendar of activities, scheduled transportation, 24-hour emergency call system in each apartment, on-site banking services via Oregon Pacific Banking Company, and all utilities (except phone), including basic cable television service. In addition to the basic services included in your monthly rent, Spruce Point offers a custom-tailored service plan, which may include the following extra services at additional cost:
- Medication Reminders and Supervision

- Dressing and Personal Appearance
- Escorts to Meals
- Incontinence Management
- Health and Well-being Checks
- Personal Laundry
- Daily Housekeeping
Now open - We also offer services in a new state-of-the-art Alzheimer's care unit. This 25-room addition provides services for residents suffering from Alzheimer's disease or similar dementia or mental impairments.

What Size Apartments are Available?
Studio and one bedroom apartments are available. All apartments have a private bathroom and some have an outside door with a patio.
What are the costs for Assisted living?
Because every person is unique with individual needs, we take the time to meet with you and discuss your needs. From there, we will develop with you a service plan to guide us in helping you with your activities of daily living.
