Your monthly rent includes: Three delicious, nutritious meals in our community dining room, weekly housekeeping, use of complimentary laundry rooms, a full calendar of activities, scheduled transportation, use of the resident lounge, beauty/barber shop and living room, a 24-hour emergency call system in each apartment, on-site banking services via Oregon Pacific Banking Company, and all utilities (except phone), including basic cable television service.
